Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy (born on the 17th October 1992), is an Indian actress. She is a regular on screen in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. She was awarded the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her role as actress Savitri. The other awards she received comprise the three SIIMA Awards, a Filmfare Award South as well as three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar's parents are film producer G. Suresh Kumar & actress Menaka G. Suresh. The early 2000s were when she started her career as an actor. Following her study of fashion design, she returned to the world of film. Her debut lead role came in 2013's Malayalam movie Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy started working in projects that weren't Malayalam in the year 2015. She also signed up to appear in multiple Tamil films simultaneously. It was A. L. Vijay along with Vikram and Vikram, who premiered Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. The movie didn't do quite well, however it did release. A busy schedule during 2015 led her to opt out of films that she was already making, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vendam, to be able to accommodate bigger projects. She consequently was involved in two projects together with Sivakarthikeyan in quick succession, Rajini Murugan and Remo, while also playing the lead character on Prabhu Solomon's Thodari, alongside Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to release in Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. In 2015 the movie was delayed. Reports claim that Janakitho will be released in September of 2020. In the year 2016, Nenu Sailaja, starring Ram Pothineni, was her debut.
